All food/drink exhibitors

- Provide "Tastes" (sample sizes) of menu items to all attendees
- Provide logo for marketing
- Provide copy of County Health Permit to event coordinator
- Bring own EZ Up (10'x10', branded preferred for recognition)
- Bring own tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Bring forks, serving plates/bowl, cups, and napkins for Tastes"
- Generator (optional)
- Bring all necessary equipment compliant with County HealthDepartment for food/drink serving
- Event coordinator submit permit to Dept. Env, Health

alcohol exhibitors

- Event coordinator to provide cups for "Tastes"
- Event coordinator to provide ABC permit for one-day event
- Event coordinator to provide (2) 20lb. bags of ice. Additional ice provided by participant
- Event coordinator will verify age of all attendees (21 and over)with event bracelet upon entry

community exhibitors

- Bring own EZ Up (10'x10', branded preferred for recognition)
- Bring own tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
